What is this app?
It's a simple meditation timer. You choose how long to sit and how often you want a gentle bell (or no bell). There's no voice guidance - just you and the timer.
Is it free?
The app is a one-time purchase from the App Store. There is no subscription for the current version.
Do I need an account or sign up?
No. You can use the app straight away without creating an account or giving your email.
How do I set how long I want to meditate?
On the main screen, use "Meditation Length" to set the session duration (e.g. 10 or 20 minutes). Tap "Begin Session" to start the timer.
What is the "Interval Bell"?
The interval bell is a sound that plays at regular intervals during your session (e.g. every 5 minutes) so you can check in without looking at the screen. You choose the interval or turn it off.
How do I turn the bell off?
Set "Interval Bell" to "Off" (or 0:00). Your session will run with no bell, only the end signal when the time is up.
Does the app have guided meditations or voice instructions?
No. This app is only a timer with an optional bell. It doesn't include guided meditations, courses, or any voice content.
Will the timer keep running if I lock my phone or switch to another app?
Yes. The timer continues when the screen is locked or when you're in another app, and the bell will still sound.
Do you collect my personal information?
We don't collect your name, email, or other personally identifiable information to use the app. We use analytics (e.g. Firebase) to understand how the app is used in aggregate (e.g. session length, feature use). For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
Is this app a substitute for therapy or medical advice?
No. The app is for relaxation and personal practice only. It's not medical or mental health treatment. If you have health or mental health concerns, please speak to a qualified professional.
